No. Every POEC garment is made-to-order. We don’t carry off-the-shelf stock to ensure each product is crafted with precision and tailored to your specifications.

3. How long does production take?

Our typical production time is up to 3 weeks from the date your 50% deposit is confirmed. You’ll be notified throughout the process.

4. Can I request urgent or express orders?

Yes. While our standard timeline is 3 weeks, we may be able to accommodate priority production depending on capacity. Please contact us before placing your order.

5. What kind of customization do you offer?

We offer fully customized teamwear and apparel, including color changes, logo placement, text personalization, engineered knits, and more. Every order is tailored to your vision.

6. How do I place a custom order?

Submit your request via our Custom Teamwear page or email us at info@poec-nation.com. We’ll guide you through the design, sizing, and payment process.

7. What sizes do you offer?

We require a 50% deposit to begin production. The balance is due before dispatch. Secure payment options are available at checkout or via invoice.

  • Cold wash only

  • Wash inside out

  • Do not tumble dry

  • Avoid fabric softeners

14. Do your fabrics fade or peel?

No. We use high-performance fabrics and sublimation or engineered knits that resist fading and peeling when cared for correctly.

Engineered knits are designed with zoned functionality, offering better breathability, stretch, and movement without seams or added panels. They are lightweight, technical, and built for high performance.

19. Can I mix different fabrics in one order?

Yes, depending on the design and product. We’ll guide you through the options during your consultation to ensure your final garment meets both visual and performance needs.

20. Do you offer uniforms for off-field staff or casual wear?

Yes. In addition to performance teamwear, we also create off-field apparel like polos, jackets, hoodies, and lifestyle gear to complete your brand identity.
