At POEC, every garment is made specifically for you. To streamline our made-to-order process, we offer secure and flexible payment options for individuals, teams, clubs, and organizations worldwide.

We prioritize secure and smooth transactions at every step. All payments are processed using trusted, encrypted platforms to ensure your details remain protected.
Payment Terms
50% Advance Payment (Deposit)
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
Once this deposit is received, your order enters our production queue.
50% Balance Before Dispatch
The remaining 50% must be paid before your order is shipped.
We will notify you once your order is complete and ready for final payment.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment options:
Bank Transfer (Preferred for Bulk Orders)
Available for domestic and international clients
Account details will be shared in your invoice
Reference your invoice number when transferring
Note: International clients are responsible for any bank transfer or conversion fees.

Processed securely via our online checkout or invoice links

Invoicing
You will receive a formal invoice once your order and design are confirmed. Payment instructions and deadlines will be clearly listed.
For custom club or bulk orders, our team will guide you through a seamless invoice-based process.
Important Notes
Orders will not proceed to production until the deposit is received.
Final balance is required before dispatch. Late payments may delay delivery.
We do not offer cash on delivery or installment payments at this time.
