Refund and Returns Policy

At POEC, every garment is crafted exclusively to order, reflecting your club’s identity and specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preference-related reasons.

Custom-Made Products

All products are custom-made and tailored specifically to each order. Due to this, we are unable to restock or resell returned items. Please ensure all size selections, designs, and order details are carefully reviewed before confirming your order.

Defective or Faulty Items

We take pride in our quality, but if you receive a product that is defectivedamaged, or has a manufacturing fault, we’re here to help.

  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Please provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected item(s) as appropriate.
