Welcome to POEC. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or purchasing from poec-nation.com, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. About POEC

POEC (“we”, “our”, “us”) is a made-to-order sportswear brand focused on delivering premium custom garments with a strong emphasis on performance, design, and ethical production. We do not sell off-the-shelf items—every product is made specifically for you.

2. Orders & Customization

2.1 Made-to-Order Basis

All products are made-to-order. Once your order is confirmed, it enters production and cannot be changed or cancelled.

2.2 Design Approval

Clients must approve the final design mock-up before production begins. POEC is not responsible for errors overlooked during the approval process.

2.3 Minimum Order Quantities

Some custom products may have minimum order quantities. These will be clearly communicated during the quotation or consultation stage.

3. Payments

3.1 Deposit & Balance

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to commence production.

  • The remaining 50% is due prior to dispatch.

3.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Bank Transfers

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Secure Online Payment Gateways (subject to availability)

POEC reserves the right to withhold orders until full payment is received.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Lead Time

  • Standard production time: Up to 4 weeks from deposit confirmation.

  • Shipping time: Varies by location. See our Shipping & Delivery page.

4.2 Delays

We strive to meet delivery timelines, but POEC is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics)

  • Courier issues

  • Late client approvals or incomplete information

4.3 Customs & Duties

International customers are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country as the POEC covers all costs.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

5.1 Custom Products

Due to the customized nature of our products, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is faulty or defective.

5.2 Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a defective item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photographs and a description of the issue.

  • We will assess the situation and may offer a repair, replacement, or partial refund at our discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 POEC Content

All content on this site—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, designs, images, and patterns—is the property of POEC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Client Designs

You represent and warrant that any logos or materials you provide for customization do not infringe on any third-party rights. You retain ownership of your own logos but grant POEC the right to reproduce them on products.

6.3 Promotional Use

Unless otherwise requested in writing, POEC reserves the right to showcase completed products in marketing materials, social media, or promotional campaigns.

7. Product Variations

Due to the nature of made-to-order manufacturing:

  • Minor variations in color, size tolerance, and fabric texture may occur.

  • Garment measurements may differ slightly due to appropriate ease allowance and style variations.

These are not considered defects.

8. Website Use

8.1 Accuracy

We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we make no guarantees that product descriptions, prices, or other content are error-free.

8.2 Account Security

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law:

  • POEC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless POEC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Thailand, Sri Lanka and Australia, where POEC operates. Any disputes will be resolved in the relevant jurisdiction.

12. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Changes will take effect once posted on this page. Continued use of our site constitutes acceptance of those changes.
